SHE LOVES ME...SHE LOVES ME NOT

As we approach Valentine's Day next week, I couldn't help but take a road down memory lane remembering when the petals on a flower held my destiny for love and not just any type of love but eternal love.💓

I don't remember how many times my heart was broken by the revelation of the flower's last petal but funny thing, my heart didn't stay broken for long because I would just find another flower and start all over again and again until finally the petals conceded so that I would just stop plucking them or the neighbor would yell out me to leave their flowers alone...LOL😄

I am so thankful that God doesn't leave it up to flower petals to decide if He is going to love me or not love me today, tomorrow, or even forever. I have discovered something so powerful and priceless about God in His word that guarantees me or anyone else for that matter that God not only loves us now but He will always love us because He has always loved us:💝

I John 4:9-11,

9 This is how God showed his love for us: God sent his only Son into the world so we might live through him. 10 This is the kind of love we are talking about - not that we once upon a time loved God, but that he has always loved us and sent his Son as a sacrifice to clear away our sins and the damage they had done to our relationship with God.✝

And if that wasn't enough and with God it never is, there is always abundantly more, He tells us that we can have peace in being loved always by Him because He not only loves but HE IS LOVE!🥰

1 John 4:7-8,

7 Beloved, let us love one another, for love is from God, and whoever loves has been born of God and knows God. 8 Anyone who does not love does not know God, because God is love.✝

I want to encourage you today, that no matter how your day has started; good, bad, or even ugly; let God do what only He can do for you through His love. Set the flower petals aside and give your heart to the One who has truly proven His undying love for you.👑✝🔥💗
